《内经》“气脉常通”之气脉和治在心肌能量代谢异常干预中的运用探析

Application of Treating Qi and Blood together in Abnormal Myocardial Energy Metabo⁃lism under the Guidance of Theory of Qi and Blood Smooth Flow in"Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon"

“气脉常通”理论源于《黄帝内经·素问·上古天真论》,其主要阐述了养身防病,延年益寿的关键在于“气”之充盛及“脉”之通畅,气在脉中循环不息则生命不息。气脉和治是基于气脉常通理论针对心血管疾病防治构建的理论体系,“气”“脉”与心力衰竭之气虚、阳虚、气阴两虚的中医病机和心力衰竭心肌能量代谢产需失衡的病理机制高度一致。本文在“气脉常通”理论发展的基础上,探索气脉和治在心肌能量代谢中的应用,旨在为心力衰竭中医药防治提供理论依据。

The theory of"Qi and blood smooth flow"originated from"Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon·Plain Questions,Treatise of Heavenly Truth from Remote Antiquity",which mainly explained that the key to health preservation,disease prevention,and longevity lies in the fullness of"Qi"and the smooth flow of"blood".Life will never stop as long as Qi can circulate ceaselessly in the pulse."Treating Qi and Blood together"is a theoreti⁃cal system built for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases based on the theory of Qi-blood Smooth Flow."Qi"and"blood"are highly consistent with the TCM pathogenesis of Qi deficiency,Yang deficien⁃cy and dual deficiency of Qi and Yin in heart failure,and with the pathological mechanism of the imbalance of production and demand of myocardial energy metabolism in heart failure.In this paper,based on the development of the theory of"Qi-blood Smooth Flow",the study of the application of treating Qi and blood together in myocar⁃dial energy metabolism is to provide theoretical basis for preventing and treating heart failure by TCM.
