隔膜阀阀体缩孔缺陷分析与改进

Analysis and Optimization of Shrinkage Defect of Diaphragm Valve Body

摘要 针对不锈钢隔膜阀阀体在熔模铸造生产过程中常出现缩孔、缩松缺陷,通过分析提出了相应的改进工艺方案。通过优化内浇道、调整产品壁厚、改变组树方案、改善型壳散热条件等方式,有效解决了缩孔、缩松,明显提高了铸件合格率,减少了焊补修磨的工作量,缩短了生产周期。 In view of the common defects in stainless steel diaphragm valve body during investment casting,including shrinkage porosities and cavities,the corresponding improvement process was put forward.By optimizing the inner gate,adjusting the thickness of the product wall,changing the scheme of group tree and improving the heat dissipation condition of the shell,the shrinkage porosities and cavities are effectively eliminated,greatly increasing the qualified rate and reducing production cost and production cycle.
