FOXC1在不同分子亚型乳腺癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性研究

摘要 目的研究FOXC1在不同分子亚型乳腺癌中的表达情况及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法收集南京中医药大学附属医院2020-01—2022-09诊断为浸润性乳腺癌标本159例,应用免疫组化方法(SP法)检测不同分子亚型的乳腺癌组织中FOXC1的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果FOXC1阳性表达率在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中最高,占87.27%(48/55),而在非TNBC分子亚型中均为低表达状态。在TNBC中,FOXC1阳性的染色强度均为中等到强阳性,而在其他三个亚型中,FOXC1的阳性强度有一例Her-2过表达型的病例显示强阳性表达以外,其余阳性均为比较低的弱阳性表达。FOXC1多发生于较为年轻的患者,也好发于组织学分级更高的乳腺癌中。同时,伴大汗腺分化的癌中FOXC1的阳性率低,其余类型则阳性率高。FOXC1的阳性表达与肿瘤的大小以及淋巴结转移情况等无相关性。结论FOXC1在三阴性乳腺癌中呈高表达状态,是一种高度特异性三阴性表型的标记物。 Objective To analyze the expression of FOXC1 in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods A total of 159 tissue samples of invasive breast cancer were collected and immunohistochemical staining(SP method)was used to detect the expression of FOXC1 in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Results The positive expression rate of FOXC1 was the highest in TNBC,accounting for 87.27%(48/55),while it was low in non TNBC molecular subtypes.In TNBC,the positive staining intensity of FOXC1 was medium to strong,while in the other three subtypes,the positive intensity of FOXC1 was relatively low or weak except strongly positive expression in one Her-2 overexpression cases.FOXC1 expression mostly occured in younger patients,and also in breast cancer with higher histological grade.At the same time,the positive rate of FOXC1 was lower in invasive carcinoma with apocrine differentiation,and higher in other types.In addition,the positive expression of FOXC1 was not related to the size of the tumor and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion FOXC1 is highly expressed in triple negative breast cancer,which is a highly specific marker for the molecular subtype of breast cancer.
