胃母细胞瘤1例及文献复习
Gastroblastoma:a case report and review of literature
摘要
胃母细胞瘤(gastroblastoma)是一种新近发现的具有间叶和上皮双向分化特征的肿瘤,由美国病理学家Miettinen等[1]于2009年率先报道并命名。由于该肿瘤极为罕见且组织形态多样,临床工作中对其认识不足,容易误诊。本研究对1例胃母细胞瘤进行组织形态观察和免疫组化、分子检测,并复习相关文献,分析其临床病理特征及诊断要点,以期提高对该肿瘤的认识。
