档案职业教育与学位教育的协同发展:英国学位学徒制的经验与启示 被引量:2

Collaborative Development of Archival Vocational Education and Degree Education:Experienceand Enlightment of British Degree Apprenticeship

摘要 本文以网络调查法、文本分析法和比较分析法为主要研究方法,以相关公开政策、标准文件、报告等为主要数据来源展开分析,对英国档案职业学位学徒制发展情况进行纵向和横向分析,总结出其对我国档案教育改革的有益启示。研究结论表明:英国档案职业教育学位学徒制是在国家职业教育改革和市场对于档案职业的新需求驱动下建立的,对于我国的启示包括探索雇主主导的高层次档案技能人才培养机制和推进知技结合培养数字时代的高层次档案人才。 Taking the network survey method,text analysis method and comparative analysis method as the main research methods,and taking the relevant public policies,standard documents,reports,etc.This paper makes a vertical and horizontal analysis of the development of the apprenticeship system of archival vocational degree in the UK,and then summarizes its useful enlightments for the reform of archival education in China.As the main data sources,the research conclusion shows that the degree apprenticeship system of British archival vocational educationwas established under the national vocational education reform and the new demand for archival profession in the market,and the enlightenment for China includes:exploring the employer-led training mechanism for high-level archival talents and promoting the combination of knowledge and technology to cultivate high-level archival talents in the digital age.
