摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,食物残渣处理是目前一些行业重视的问题。小龙虾壳作为一种绿色材料,应用于建筑材料中,有望解决食物残渣的处理问题。制作了相同尺寸的普通混凝土砌块和掺入了10%和20%的小龙虾壳粉混凝土砌块,根据试验测得加入小龙虾壳粉的混凝土砌块的吸水率比普通混凝土砌块小,导热系数比普通混凝土砌块低,小龙虾壳粉混凝土具有较高的保温隔热性能,满足保温隔热的需求,在符合国家相关建筑要求前提下能够达到节约能耗的目的。
With the continuous development of the economy,The treatment of food scraps is an issue that some industries attach importance to at present,crayfish shell is a sort of green material,if applied to building materials,it may able to solve the problems of food residue treatment,Ordinary concrete blocks of the same size were made and 10%and 20%of the crayfish shell powder concrete blocks were incorporated,based on the experimental result,the water absorption rate of the concrete block with crayfish shell powder added to the crayfish shell powder is smaller than that of the ordinary concrete block,the thermal conductivity coefficient is lower than that of the ordinary concrete block,and the crayfish shell powder concrete has high thermal insulation,which meets the needs of thermal insulation and insulation,and can achieve the purpose of saving energy under the premise of meeting the relevant national building requirements.
