摘要
以年产130亿块微电子集成电路IC封装测试项目EPC(设计、施工)总承包项目为例,论述混凝土在不同配合比拌和下试验各项性能研究。通过室内试验与现场测试得到符合项目需求的大面积混凝土连续不开裂并满足抗渗等级的混凝土最优配合比为水泥∶矿粉∶粉煤灰∶水∶闽江砂∶机制砂∶引气剂∶碎石1(15.0~16.5 mm)∶减水剂∶碎石2(16.0~31.5 mm)∶合成纤维=100∶35∶35∶100∶125∶213∶1∶50∶4∶312∶25。
This paper takes the EPC(design and construction)turnkey project of microelectronic IC packaging and testing project with an annual production capacity of 13 billion blocks as an example,and discusses the study of various properties of concrete under different ratio designs.Through indoor tests and field tests,the optimal concrete ratio for continuous non-cracking of large-area concrete and meeting the impermeability grade is cement∶mineral powder∶fly ash∶water∶Minjiang sand∶mechanism sand∶air-entraining agent∶gravel 1(15.0~16.5 mm)∶water-reducing agent∶gravel 2(16.0~31.5 mm)∶synthetic Fiber=100∶35∶35∶100∶125∶213∶1∶50∶4∶312∶25.
