摘要
为保证沥青路面平整度,通过分析路面底基面层整平处理的影响,设置路面整平的标高;分析摊铺机基准线的影响,调整熨平板位置,控制摊铺机速度完成摊铺;分析选择碾压机械压实沥青料的影响,根据压实的阶段选择合适的压路机以及设定碾压遍数;分析压实时间,根据施工环境温度和摊铺厚度,选择合适的压实时间;分析接缝施工质量影响,选择不同接缝方式分别施工完成道路施工中沥青路面平整度影响因素分析及控制。经实际应用,控制后比控制前平整度合格率高了21.2%。
In order to ensure the asphalt pavement smoothness,the papaeranalyzes the impact of leveling the surface layer of the road base,sets the elevation of the road surface leveling;analyzes the impact of the paver baseline,adjust the position of the ironing plate,and controles the paver speed to complete the paving;analyzes the impact of selecting rolling machinery to compact asphalt materials,selects appropriate rollers based on the compaction stage,and sets the number of rolling passes;analyzes the compaction time and selects an appropriate compaction time based on the construction environment temperature and paving thickness;analyzes the impact of joint construction quality and selects different joint methods for construction to complete influence factors and control methods of asphalt pavement smoothness in roadworks.After practical application,it was 21.2%higher than before.
