高职学生创新素养影响主因子及培育路径研究

A Study on the Main Factors Influencing the Innovation Literacy of Higher Vocational Students and the Cultivation Path

创新能力作为衡量高职学生的综合职业能力的重要指标之一,需要学校给予更多的关注在学生的创新素养的培养上。影响学生的创新素养的因素涉及不同的方面。文章通过构建结构方程模型,结果发现个人特征、系统维护和改变要素、人际关系和个体发展对创新素养有正向影响,其中个体发展的影响最大。根据研究的结果,文章提出了学校要基于真实任务为驱动,加大力度举办创新创业项目大赛,同时将创新素养目标融入高职学生专业课程体系和第二课堂育人全过程中,从而有效地把学生的创新素养培育、创业技能提升与专业课程教学改革进行结合。同时,高职院校要建立健全高职学生创新素养和创业能力评价指标体系,持续性、动态化监测和评估学生创新素养提升水平,发现问题,及时采取有效改进策略。

As innovation ability is one of the important indicators to measure the comprehensive professional competencies of higher vocational college students,the cultivation of students'innovation literacy needs to be given more attention by institutions.The factors that affect students'innovation literacy involve different aspects.By constructing a structural equation model,the paper concludes that personal characteristics,learning system maintenance and changes,interpersonal relationships,and individual development all have positive impacts on the innovation literacy of college students,with individual development having the greatest.Based on the results of the research,the paper proposes that institutions should,driven by real tasks,make efforts to hold innovation and entrepreneurship project competitions,and integrate innovation literacy goals into the overall process of vocational students'professional curriculum system and second classroom internship activities,so as to effectively integrate the cultivation of students'innovation literacy and entrepreneurship skills with professional curriculum teaching reform.
