“三高四新”战略实施的高端英语翻译人才需求现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Demand for High-level English Translation Talents in the Implementation of the Strategy of"Three Highlands and Four New Stages"

缺乏在世界范围内具有影响力的高层次人才是我国进入世界人才强国行列的突出障碍,尤其是英语翻译人才肩负着国家对外开放的重任。如何培养高层次英语翻译人才已经成为高等院校教育、英语翻译工作中亟待解决的问题。本文针对湖南的地方区域政策并结合英语翻译专业特点对目前高端英语翻译人才现实情况进行了分析,基于马克思发展观——人的发展与社会发展有机统一和创新驱动发展等理论对英语翻译人才培养模式和内容进行了改革,完善了英语翻译人才评价考核体系,以期更好地服务于区域地方经济的发展。

The lack of high-level talents with influence in the world is a prominent obstacle for my country to enter the ranks of the world's talent powers,especially English translation talents shouldering the heavy responsibility of the country's opening to the outside world.How to cultivate high-level English translation talents has become an urgent problem to be solved in higher education and English translation work.This paper analyzes the current situation of high-level English translation talents according to the regional policies of Hunan and the characteristics of English translation major.On the basis of the theory of the Marxist concept of development-the organic unity of human development and social development and the theory of innovation-driven development,the training modes and contents of English translation talents have been reformed,and the evaluation and assessment system of English translation talents have also been improved,in order to better serve the development of regional economies.
