A Practical Research on the Collaborative Education of College Students'Labor Education and Mental Health Education in the New Era

劳动教育与心理健康教育结合,可以帮助大学生解决心理问题,消除心理障碍,并实现大学生身心健康的全面发展。现阶段,高校劳动教育与心理健康教育协同育人,存在教学形式单一、教学对接困难及教育时效性不高等问题,严重影响协同育人教学工作质量。高校应针对当前部分协同育人教育问题,科学制定问题解决方案,进一步运用深化双向教学融合、优化教学反馈及改革教学考核模式等多种策略,提升劳动教育与心理健康教育的协同育人质量。

The combination of labor education and mental health education can help college students solve psychological problems,eliminate psychological obstacles,and achieve the overall development of college students'physical and mental health.At this stage,labor education and mental health education in colleges and universities are co-educating people,and there are problems such as single teaching form,difficult teaching connection and low educational timeliness,which seriously affect the quality of collaborative education and teaching work.Colleges and universities should scientifically formulate solutions to some of the current collaborative education problems,and further use various strategies such as deepening the integration of two-way teaching,optimizing teaching feedback,and reforming the teaching assessment model to improve the quality of collaborative education between labor education and mental health education.
