基于价值链的高职工业互联网技术技能人才培养探究

Research of Technical Skills Personnel Cultivation for Higher Vocational Industrial Internet Based on Value Chain

工业互联网是我国发展战略之一,技术技能人才需求旺盛。工业互联网连接了供应链、生产链和服务链,实现跨界、融合,其思维和技术特性与价值链一脉相传。本文把价值链理论运用在高职工业互联网技术技能人才培养。首先梳理了工业互联网的人才需求情况,分析了人才培养存在的问题;然后,研究了基于价值链的工业互联网技术技能型人才培养模式内涵;再次,从价值系统、五位一体课程体系、结构化教学创新团队、一体化项目教学模式、分级融合的角度,阐述人才培养模式实施过程;最后,以重庆电子工程职业学院为例,进行实践验证,成效显著。

Industrial Internet is one of the national development strategies,which needs a lot of technical skills personnel.Industrial Internet connects supply chain,and produce chain,and service chain.It realizes the cross-border integration.The thinking and technology of industrial internet is similar to value chain.This paper applies the value chain theory to the training of industrial Internet technical skills in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,the talent demand of industrial Internet is sorted out,and the problems existing in talent training are analyzed.Then,it studies the connotation of the training mode of industrial Internet technology skills based on the value chain.Thirdly,from the perspective of value system,five-in-one curriculum system,structured teaching innovation team,integrated project teaching mode and hierarchical integration,the implementation process of talent training mode is expounded.Finally,taking Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering as an example,the practice is verified and the results are remarkable.
