摘要 职业教育的本质特征是产教融合,产教融合是我国现代职业教育发展的总要求,产业学院是推进产教融合,构建校企合作长效机制的重要载体,是实现校企合作发展、合作育人、合作办学、合作就业的有效形式。本文在常州机电职业技术学院的双高建设背景下,围绕“协同育人”理念,分析和构建高职院校产业学院“双主体”育人模式的机制,为推动高职教育人才培养模式的改革提供借鉴。 The essential feature of vocational education is the integration of production and education.The integration of production and education is the general requirement for the development of modern vocational education in our country.Industrial colleges are an important carrier to promote the integration of production and education and build a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation.It is an effective form of education,cooperative education and cooperative employment.In the context of the double-height construction of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology,this paper analyzes and constructs the mechanism of"double subject"education mode in the industrial college of higher vocational colleges,and provides reference for promoting the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational education.
