摘要
本文从当前时代背景出发,梳理学前高职学生顶岗实习困境。表现为协同育人体系不完善,实习基地和高职院校合作深度不够;协同育人实施路径安排不合理,实习生不能全面体验教师角色;协同育人队伍“双师”教师比例较低,实习教师指导队伍力量薄弱;协同育人实施对象缺乏“工匠精神”引领,在职业认同方面也存在一定问题。以期优化实习路径,帮助学前高职学生顺利度过顶岗实习期。
According to the current background of the times,this paper combs the dilemma of internship of higher vocational students.It shows that the collaborative education system is not perfect and the cooperation between practice base and higher vocational colleges is not deep enough.The implementation path of collaborative education is unreasonable and interns can not fully experience the role of teacher.The proportion of"double qualified"teachers in collaborative education team is low and the internship teacher guidance team is weak.The students lack the guidance of"craftsman spirit"and they have some problems in practice willingness,practice objectives and so on,in order to optimize the practice path and help pre-school higher vocational students through the internship stage smoothly.
