摘要
思政元素在职教本科护理专业教学中的融入,可以实现教书和育人相结合,为社会培养优秀的护理专业人才。本文主要分析思政元素助力护理专业人才培养的价值,即提升学生思想品德水平、体现以人为本服务观念、促进学生自身专业成长等。根据护理专业人才培养中思政元素助力现状,提出强化思政元素助力的重视度、优化专业课程思政教学体系、通过案例展示培养专业人才等策略。
The integration of ideological and political elements into the undergraduate nursing teaching of in-service education can achieve the combination of teaching and educating people,and cultivate excellent nursing professionals for the society.This paper mainly analyzes the value of ideological and political elements in fostering nursing professionals,namely,improving students'ideological and moral level,reflecting the people-oriented service concept,and promoting students'professional growth.According to the current situation of ideological and political elements in the training of nursing professionals,this paper proposes strategies such as strengthening the importance of ideological and political elements,optimizing the ideological and political teaching system of professional courses,and cultivating professional talents through case demonstration.
