网络舆论中的权威引导策略探析——兼论恩格斯《论权威》

An Analysis of Authoritative Guidance Strategies in Network Public Opinion-Reread Discussion on Engels' "On Authority"

恩格斯的《论权威》阐明了权威的本质、性质、权威与自治的关系、权威与革命的关系,这些理论对理解发挥权威在网络舆论中的引导作用很有启发。从网络舆论复杂多变、提高国家网络治理效能、网络中维护集体主义价值观三方面看利用权威来引导网络舆论很有必要。利用权威对网络舆论的引导策略可从以下四方面入手:坚持制度规范,引导公众树立法治意识;弘扬正能量,引导公众树立团结奋斗必胜的信念;以事实为依据,引导公众培养科学精神;使用权威张弛有度,引导民意自由健康表达;在国际上敢于发声,努力营造健康国际舆论环境。从而通过合理利用权威对网络舆论进行正确引导,以凝聚力量进行奋斗。
