益气解毒剂联合穴位贴敷治疗气虚体质伴反复感冒临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Jiedu Agent Combined with Point Application for Qi Deficiency Constitution Complicated with Repeated Colds

目的:观察益气解毒剂联合穴位贴敷治疗气虚体质伴反复感冒的临床疗效。方法:选择气虚体质伴反复感冒的患者共130例,根据随机数字表法分为2组各65例。对照组予以益气解毒剂口服治疗,治疗组予以益气解毒剂口服联合穴位贴敷治疗,2组疗程均为50 d。于治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗开始后第12个月随访时进行观察评估,比较2组气虚体质临床疗效、气虚体质临床表现评分、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、感冒年发生次数及发病率。结果:治疗结束时和治疗开始后第12个月随访时,治疗组临床疗效与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束时和治疗开始后第12个月随访时,2组气虚体质临床表现评分均较治疗前降低,治疗组气虚体质临床表现评分均低于对照组,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前均有升高,治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗开始后第12个月随访时,2组感冒年发生次数、发病率均较治疗前降低,治疗组感冒年发生次数、发病率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气解毒剂联合穴位贴敷可以改善气虚体质及免疫指标,近期及远期均有良好疗效,并能减少感冒次数及发病率,达到一定预防效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jiedu Agent combined with point application for qi deficiency constitution complicated with repeated colds.Methods:A total of 130 cases of patients with qi deficiency constitution complicated with repeated colds were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of Yiqi Jiedu Agent,and the treatment group was treated with oral administration of Yiqi Jiedu Agent combined with point application.Both groups were treated for 50 days.Before treatment,at the end of treatment,and at the twelfth month of follow-up after treatment,the clinical effect of qi deficiency constitution,scores of clinical manifestation of qi deficiency constitution,T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),annual frequency and incidence of colds were compared between the two groups.Results:At the end of treatment and at the twelfth month of follow-up after treatment,there were significant differences being found in the comparison of the clinical effect in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).At the end of treatment and at the twelfth month of follow-up after treatment,the scores of clinical manifestation of qi deficiency constitution in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were increased when compared with those before treatment,and CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).At the twelfth month of follow-up after treatment,the annual frequency and incidence of colds in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the annual frequency and incidence of colds in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jiedu Agent combined with point application can improve qi deficiency constitution and immune indexes,and reduce the number and incidence of colds,which has good short-term and longterm effects,and achieves a certain preventive effect.
