中医体质辨识结合治未病在大肠癌防治中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification Combined with Preventive Treatment of Diseases in the Prevention and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

大肠癌是一种发病率高、病死率高的恶性肿瘤,其具有隐蔽性强、易漏诊、预后不良等特点。体质是影响人体对某些致病因子的敏感程度和发病趋势的因素。“治未病”应注重通过预测体质改变和纠正体质的偏倚,以排除其内在的发病机制,为临床全周期防治大肠癌的发生、癌前病变的发展及复发转移等层面提供参考新视角。从“治未病”的角度出发,结合体质学说,探讨中医药在大肠癌防治中的应用。

Colorectal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality,which is characterized by strong concealment,easy missed diagnosis and poor prognosis.Constitution is a factor that affects the sensitivity of human body to some pathogenic factors and the trend of disease,in order to eliminate the intrinsic pathogenesis,the"preventive treatment of diseases"should focus on predicting the changes of constitution and correcting the bias of constitution,which provides a new reference perspective for the clinical whole-cycle prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer,the development of precancerous lesions,recurrence and metastasis.This paper discusses the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer from the perspective of"preventive treatment of diseases"and combining with the constitution theory.
