中医护理在乙型肝炎肝硬化中的作用

The Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的 在乙型肝炎肝硬化患者护理中采取中医护理干预,分析该方法护理效果。方法 78例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者纳入的时间为2020年9月—2021年9月。采取随机数字表法将上述患者分为对照组采取常规护理,试验组在此基础上给予中医护理干预,每组39例。为了验证中医护理干预在乙型肝炎肝硬化患者护理中的效果,本次以治疗依从性、症状评分、并发症发生率、生活质量、护理满意度评价两组患者的护理效果。结果 治疗依从性对比发现,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。症状评分比较发现,两组护理前比较差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率对比发现,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。生活质量对比发现,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意度对比发现,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在乙型肝炎肝硬化患者护理中采取中医护理干预可获得显著的护理效果,能够提升患者治疗依从性,改善其相关症状,有助于提升其生活质量,进而患者对该护理效果较为满意。此种护理方法可在临床上予以推广。

Objective To adopt traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the care of patients with hepatitis B and cirrhosis,and analyze the nursing effect of this method.Methods 78 patients with hepatitis B and cirrhosis were included from September 2020 to September 2021.The above patients were divided into a reference group using a random number table method and received routine care.On this basis,the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,with 39 patients in each group.In order to verify the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the care of patients with hepatitis B and cirrhosis,the nursing effects of two groups of patients were evaluated based on treatment compliance,symptom score,incidence of complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Result:The comparison of treatment compliance showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The comparison of symptom scores showed that there was a small difference between the two groups before nursing,which could not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The comparison of quality of life showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The comparison of nursing satisfaction showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the care of patients with hepatitis B and cirrhosis can achieve significant nursing effects,enhance treatment compliance,improve related symptoms,and help improve their quality of life.As a result,patients are more satisfied with the nursing effect.This nursing method can be promoted in clinical practice.
