中医护理干预结合优质护理对全身麻醉手术患者苏醒期躁动的护理效果

Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention combined with High Quality Nursing on Restlessness of Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia Operation

目的 探讨治疗性沟通护理干预在急诊输液患者中对不良事件发生率及护理满意度的影响。方法 以2020年3月—2022年3月医院纳入的80例全身麻醉手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为研究组40例与对照组40例,对照组患者采取优质护理,对患者术前、术中、术后采取相应的护理措施,研究组采取中医护理干预结合优质护理,其中中医护理干预主要包括穴位按摩、情志护理、耳穴埋豆等技术,对比两组患者苏醒期操作配合度、苏醒期躁动发生率、术后镇痛剂使用率、术前术后焦虑评分与患者苏醒时间、拔管时间等数据。结果 经过对比分析,研究组患者的苏醒期操作配合率显著提高(65%→90%)、苏醒期躁动发生率降低(77.5%→30%)、术后镇痛剂使用率降低(72.5%→25%)、术前焦虑评分(65.48±2.14)分与术后焦虑评分(53.22±3.51)均显著低于对照组(85.42±4.07)、(81.65±4.32),患者护理满意度(90%)明显优于对照组(60%),且差异均符合统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对全身麻醉手术患者采取中医护理干预结合优质护理可有效降低患者苏醒期躁动发生情况,缓解患者的焦虑,提高患者的苏醒期操作配合率,可有效提高护理质量,有利于患者顺利度过苏醒期,确保患者的生命体征稳定性,具有独特护理效果,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of therapeutic communication nursing intervention on the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction in emergency transfusion patients.Methods In March 2020 to March 2022,80 cases of our hospital income between general anesthesia surgery patients as the research object,the 40 cases were divided into research group and control group 40 cases,control group patients to take high quality nursing care,the patients with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative take corresponding nursing measures,take TCM nursing intervention in combination with the high quality nursing team,Among them,TCM nursing intervention mainly included acupoint massage,emotional nursing,ear point bean embedding and other techniques.The data of operation cooperation,incidence of agitation,postoperative analgesic utilization rate,preoperative and postoperative anxiety score,patients'awakening time,extubation time and other data were compared between the two groups.Results After comparative analysis,The operation cooperation rate of patients in the study group was significantly increased(65%→90%),the incidence of agitation in the study group was significantly decreased(77.5%→30%),the use rate of analgesics after operation was decreased(72.5%→25%),and the preoperative anxiety score(65.48±2.14)and postoperative anxiety score(53.22±3.51)were significantly lower than those in the reference group(8)(5.42±4.07),(81.65±4.32),patient nursing satisfaction(90%)was significantly better than that of the reference group(60%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion taking TCM nursing intervention in patients with general anesthesia surgery combined with high quality nursing can effectively reduce the awakening period in patients with restless,relieve patients'anxiety and improve the patients awakening period operation rate,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing,is beneficial to patients through awakening period,to ensure the stability of the patients vital signs,has unique effect,worthy of further promotion.
