针刺疗法联合多元化康复护理在CCU严重心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Acupuncture Therapy combined with DIVersified Rehabilitation Nursing in Severe Heart Failure Patients in CCU

目的 研究探讨针刺疗法联合多元化康复护理在心脏重症监护室(CCU)严重心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年3月医院CCU收治的112例严重心力衰竭患者为对象随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,各56例。对照组以多元化康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加针刺疗法。评估比较两组患者的心功能指标、生活质量评分、护理满意度等。结果 干预后观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)均高于对照组,QT间期离散度(QTd)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺疗法多联合元化康复护理在CCU严重心力衰竭患者中的应用效果良好,能够改善患者的心功能指标,提升患者的生活质量评分,改善患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of acupuncture therapy combined with diversified rehabilitation nursing in severe heart failure patients in CCU.Methods 112 patients with severe heart failure admitted to CCU in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received diversified rehabilitation care,while the observation group added acupuncture therapy on top of the control group.Evaluate and compare the cardiac function indicators,quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results After intervention,left ventricular Ejection fraction(LVEF),Stroke volume(SV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and QT interval dispersion(QTd),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture therapy combined with meta rehabilitation nursing in CCU patients with severe heart failure has a good effect,which can improve their cardiac function indicators,enhance their quality of life scores,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
