摘要
大学与城市/区域的互动与共生发展由来已久。相较于奈特高等教育国际化理论叙事中的高等教育枢纽,我国在区域高等教育一体化、国际化发展方面的实践始终伴随着宏观战略、地方政策以及现实需求间的耦合与张力。就长三角等区域/城市群而言,其庞大的地理空间尺度和域内各城市间发展模式的差异性,致使在形成高等教育枢纽的过程中呈现出“双层嵌套”样态,即若干各具特点的城市级枢纽共同构成区域/城市群级枢纽。有鉴于此,或有必要在关注长三角高等教育整体发展态势的同时,对其内部市域高等教育枢纽的建设模式加以分析,从而加深对该区域高等教育发展形态的认知,继而生发出对既有国际化理论之于本土实践适切性的讨论。
The interaction and symbiotic development of universities and cities/regions has a long history.Compared to the higher education(HE)hubs in Knight’s theoretical narratives,the practice of regional HE integration and internationalization in China has been accompanied by the coupling and tension between macro-strategies,local policies and practical needs.In terms of regions/city clusters such as the Yangtze River Delta,their large geographical scale and the differentiation of development models of cities within the region have led to a“double-layered structure”pattern in the formation of HE hubs,i.e.,several city-level hubs with their characteristics together form a region/city cluster-level hub.It is necessary to analyze the construction mode of city-level HE hubs in the Yangtze River Delta while paying attention to the overall development of the region,so as to deepen the understanding and to propose a discussion of the appropriateness between HE internationalization theories and local practices.
