党和国家一向重视劳动教育的基础性作用,劳动教育是中国特色社会主义人才培养体系的重要环节。新时代劳动教育逐渐成为高校实现立德树人根本目标的重要路径之一。高校劳动教育伴随着新中国不断成长,从历史演变、现实困境和实践进路等三个维度进行剖析,可以探寻高校劳动教育“变与不变”的内在依规和理论逻辑、当下高校劳动教育的发展瓶颈和现实困境以及新时代实现高校劳动教育高质量发展的指导方向和关键进路。

The Communist Party of China and the People’s Republic of China have always attached great importance to the fundamental role of labor education and labor education is an important link in personnel training system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Labor education has gradually become an important path for colleges and universities to realize the fundamental goal of moral cultivation.Labor education in universities was constantly growing with the new China.From the three dimensions of history,reality and future analysis of labor education,in the historical evolution,realistic predicament and the way of practice can explore the“change and unchanged”of college labor education in accordance with the internal rules and theoretical logic,the current college labor education positioning fuzzy and realistic barriers and the new era of high quality to promote college labor education guidelines and important grasp.
