摘要
简述增材制造技术的原理、分类及特点,从电弧增材制造技术的工艺方法、工艺参数对成形的影响、工艺辅助手段三个方面综述了国内外的最新研究进展以及当前研究中存在的问题与不足。最后结合当前研究现状,对存在成形件精度不高、组织不致密、力学性能各项异性等问题,提出电弧增材制造未来研究方向。
The principle,classification and characteristics of additive manufacturing technology are briefly described,and the latest research progress at home and abroad as well as the problems and shortcomings in current research are summarized from three aspects:the process method of arc additive manufacturing technology,the influence of process parameters on forming and process auxiliary means.Finally,combined with the current research status,the future research direction of arc additive manufacturing is put forward for the problems of low precision,untight structure and mechanical properties anisotropy of formed parts.
