青海高校师生对“两弹一星”精神认识的质性研究

The College Students and Teachers'Perspectives on the Spirit of“Two Bombs and One Star”in Qinghai:A Qualitative Examination

为了了解青海高校师生对“两弹一星”精神认识的广度与深度,以及“两弹一星”精神在传播过程中的细节问题,帮助完善“两弹一星”精神的教育与传承,该研究采用共识性质性研究方法,对随机选取的青海高校40名学生以及8位老师进行访谈,访谈共包含基本信息层面、认识层面、反思层面,提炼出4个有关的域:“两弹一星”精神的内容,“两弹一星”元勋的事迹,“两弹一星”精神对个体产生的影响,传承“两弹一星”精神的方法。其中对“两弹一星”精神的内容认识主要包括对其内涵与核心精神的看法,“两弹一星”元勋的事迹主要聚焦于邓稼先与钱学森两个人物的事迹,“两弹一星”精神对个体产生影响的内容可概括为思想、学习、工作和生活,传承“两弹一星”精神的方法中较多出现了实践活动、自我教育等关键词。总体来说,青海高校师生对“两弹一星”精神的认识具有一定的广度与深度,但认识中也出现了理解不清、记忆混乱的现象。高校“两弹一星”精神传播传承应在原来的基础上,继续创新教育方式,结合实践活动,助力“两弹一星”精神在高校教师和学生间有效传承。

In order to understand the breadth and depth of teachers and students'perspectives about the spirit of“two bombs and one star”in Qinghai colleges and universities,understand the details of the dissemination process of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”,and help improve the education and inheritance of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”.In this study,40 students and 8 teachers were randomly selected from colleges and universities in Qinghai Province.The interview consists of three aspects:basic information aspect,understanding aspect and reflection aspect.Results four related fields were extracted:the content of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”,the deeds of the heroes of“two bombs and one star”,the influence of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”on individuals,and the methods of inheriting the spirit of“two bombs and one star”.Among them,the understanding of the content of“two bombs and one star”mainly includes the views on its connotation and core spirit.The deeds of the heroes of“Two bombs and one star”mainly focus on the deeds of Deng Jiaxian and Qian Xuesen.The influence of“two bombs and one star”spirit on individuals can be summarized as thought,study,work and life.In the methods of inheriting the spirit of“two bombs and one star”,there are many Keywords such as practical activities,self-education and activities.Generally speaking,the teachers and students of colleges and universities in Qinghai have medium level of understanding of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”,and there are also some phenomena of unclear understanding and confusion in memory.The transmission and inheritance of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”in colleges and universities should continue to innovate education methods on the basis of the original,and combine practical activities to help the effective education inheritance of the spirit of“two bombs and one star”among teachers and students in colleges and universities.
