论藏族传统生态文化的时代价值与创新发展——基于打造青藏高原生态文明高地视角

On the Value of the Times and the Innovative Development of Traditional Tibetan Ecological Culture——Based on the Perspective of Building an Ecological Civilization Highland on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

深入挖掘藏族传统生态文化的时代价值,旨在助力打造青藏高原生态文明高地。文章从完整巨大、敏感脆弱、关联性极强等三个方面分析了青藏高原独特的自然环境,从服务价值、涵养水源价值、生物多样性保护价值、碳固定价值等四个方面分析了青藏高原独特的生态系统价值,从发展经济与保护环境、坚守传统与转化革新两个方面分析了青藏高原独特的现实发展困境,进而揭示了打造青藏高原生态文明高地的现实背景。结合学界已有研究成果,从万物平等观念、自然崇拜观念、宗教禁忌观念、勤俭节制观念、万物一体观念、高原游牧观念等六个方面归纳了青藏传统生态文化基本内涵,从宗教性与世俗性相统一、封闭性与开放性相统一、主观性和客观性相统一、非理性和理性相统一等四个方面归纳了藏族传统生态文化的基本特征。研究认为,通过对藏族传统生态文化的合理扬弃,可以在道德伦理、群众基础、人文资源等方面为青藏高原生态文明高地建设提供重要支撑,要在推动藏族优秀传统生态文化与习近平生态文明思想有机结合、推进藏族优秀传统生态文化发掘整理保护、推动习近平生态文明思想宣传教育、大力发展生态文化产业等方面深入实践探索,在打造青藏高原生态文明高地进程中大力推进藏族传统生态文化创造性转化和发展。

Exploring the historical value of Tibetan traditional ecological culture is aimed at helping to build an ecological civilization highland on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.This paper analyzes the unique natural environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from three aspects:huge integrity,sensitive fragile,and strong correlation.It analyzes the unique ecosystem value of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from four aspects:service value,water conservation value,biodiversity protection value,and carbon fixation value.This paper analyzes the unique realistic development dilemma of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from two aspects:developing economy and protecting environment,sticking to tradition and transforming innovation,and then reveals the realistic background of building the plateau of ecological civilization.Based on the existing research results in the academic circle,this paper summarizes the basic connotation of Tibetan traditional ecological culture from six aspects:the concept of equality of all things,the concept of nature worship,the concept of religious taboo,the concept of diligence and thrift,the concept of integration of all things,and the concept of plateau nomadism.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of Tibetan traditional ecological culture from four aspects:unity of religiosity and secularity,unity of closure and openness,unity of subjectivity and objectivity,and unity of irrationality and rationality.The study believes that reasonable sublation of Tibetan traditional ecological culture can provide important support for the construction of ecological civilization highland on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in terms of morality,ethics,mass foundation and cultural resources.We will vigorously promote the creative transformation and development of traditional Tibetan ecological culture in the process of building an ecological plateau on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
