舰船喷气燃料舱填充新型抑爆材料大尺度试验研究

摘要 为探究填充新型抑爆材料对舰船喷气燃料舱的抑爆效果,研究通过搭建大尺度油舱抑爆试验平台,针对球形和发泡2种抑爆材料开展爆炸、破片2种载荷作用下的抑爆效能试验研究.结果表明:2种抑爆材料在2种载荷作用下均能对舰船喷气燃料舱起到良好的阻隔防爆效果,使得油舱内爆炸压力显著衰减;相比于未填充抑爆材料的油舱,均能阻碍油舱内喷气燃料被引燃,不发生二次爆炸. In order to explore the explosion suppression effect of filling a new type of explosion suppression material on a warship oil tank,this paper builds a large-scale explosion suppression test platform for oil tank,and tests the explosion suppression efficiency of spherical and foamed explosion suppression materials under two loads of explosion and fragments.The results show that the two explosion suppression materials both can have a good barrier and explosion-proof effect on the oil tank under the action of the two loads,which makes the explosion pressure in the tank decrease significantly.Compared with the oil tank without explosion suppression materials,they both can prevent the fuel in the oil tank from being ignited,and no secondary explosion occurs.
