高温环境对硼硝酸钾药剂性能影响分析研究

摘要 为解决航空航天领域中高温环境下BPN药剂的热稳定性和输出性能评价问题,本文中对药剂关键组分及经历180℃2d、5d高温试验前后的不同配比的BPN药剂开展了表观形貌分析、热重(TG)分析、差式扫描热(DSC)分析、输出威力测试等,研究得到硝酸钾、硼粉及不同配比的硼硝酸钾药剂的热反应历程.实验表明硝酸钾、硼粉在500℃之前,存在硝酸钾的转晶(132℃)、熔化(332℃),从熔点(332℃)到500℃时,硝酸钾正在融化但仍未分解或气化,呈融化状态,是稳定的.随着硼含量的增加,分解峰温逐渐下降,硼硝酸钾药剂的反应初始温度比硝酸钾的分解初始温度提前了约50℃.不饱和聚酯树脂粘合剂优于氟橡胶粘合剂,无粘合剂BPN和不饱和聚酯树脂BPN高温安定性良好,在航天任务中具有良好的应用价值. Aiming at the thermal stability and output performance evaluation of BPN in the aerospace field in high temperature environments,this paper carries out appearance and morphology analysis,TG analysis,DSC analysis and output power tests on key components BPN agents and BPN agents with different ratios before and after high temperature tests at 180℃for 2 days and 5 days.It also obtains the thermal reaction history of KNOs,boron powder and different ratios of BPN.The experiments show that,before 500℃,KNO,transcrystalization(132℃)and melting(332℃)form.In the temperature range from the melting point(332℃)to 500℃,KNO,is melting but not decomposed or vaporized,and it is stable in a melting state.With an increase of boron content,the decomposition peak temperature gradually decreases,and the initial reaction temperature of BPN is about 50℃earlier than that of KNO3.Unsaturated polyester resin adhesives are superior to fluororubber adhesives.Binder-free BPN and unsaturated polyester resin BPN have good high temperature stability,which have good application value in space missions.
