国际价值的决定及变化如何守正了马克思劳动价值论是国际价值理论创新发展的根本性机理问题。利用马克思的社会生产两部类经济分析法,假定出口产品的国际价值总量无论是否等于出口产品生产所投入消耗的世界劳动总量(包括直接消耗的活劳动总量和间接消耗的物化劳动总量),都可以严谨地证明任意部类出口产品的国际价值量是由世界必要劳动时间决定,并最终随着世界市场有效需求、劳动生产力和世界劳动实际投入量等三个基本影响因素的变化而变化。这不仅充分地解释了马克思劳动价值论在对外贸易和世界市场领域的普适性,而且可以从数学上明确给出同时包含世界劳动和国际生产价格的国际价值函数表达式及其比较静态变化的性质和特点,于是也就在社会生产中合理地阐明了国际价值决定的劳动基础及其变化的内生性逻辑。

The fundamental mechanism issue of innovative development of the international value theory is about how the determination and changes of international value has upheld Marx's labor theory of value.By using Marx's economic analysis method based on two categories of social production or by assuming that regardless of whether the total international value of exports is equal to the total amount of world labor invested and consumed in the production of exports(including the total amount of directly consumed living labor and the total amount of indirectly consumed materialized labor),it can be rigorously proved that the international value amount of any category of the exports is determined by the world's necessary labor time and ultimately varies with three basic influence factors including the world market's effective demand,labor productivity,and the actual input of world labor.This not only fully explains the universality of further application of Marx's labor theory of value in the field of foreign trade and the world market,but also mathematically explicitly gives the function expression of international value containing both world labor and international production prices,as well as the nature and characteristics of its comparative static changes,and thus reasonably clarifies the labor basis of international value determination and the endogenous logic of its changes amid social production.
