屈螺酮炔雌醇和炔诺酮与地屈孕酮对子宫内膜息肉刨削术后病情复发的预防价值分析

Analysis of the preventive value of drospirone ethinylestradiol,norethisterone and dydrogesterone on the recurrence of endometrial polyps after planing

目的探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇、炔诺酮与地屈孕酮对子宫内膜息肉刨削术后病情复发的预防价值。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月本院收治的120例行子宫内膜息肉刨削术患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组及C组,每组40例。A组术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗,B组术后采用炔诺酮治疗,C组术后采用地屈孕酮治疗,比较3组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况和复发情况。结果3组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇、炔诺酮与地屈孕酮均可预防子宫内膜息肉刨削术后病情复发,且不良反应少,安全性高,临床上可根据患者病情及实际情况合理选择药物,预防术后病情复发。

Objective To investigate the preventive value of drospirone estradiol,norethinone and dydrogesterone on the recurrence of endometrial polyps after planing.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing endometrial polyp planing admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A received postoperative treatment with drospirone estradiol,group B received postoperative treatment with norethisterone,and group C received postoperative treatment with desdrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,occurrence and recurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the 3 groups.Results There were no significant differences in the total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence among the 3 groups.Conclusion Drospirone estradiol,norethinone,dydrogesterone can prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyp after planing,with less adverse reactions and high safety,drugs can be reasonably selected according to the patient's condition and actual situation to prevent the recurrence of the disease.
