在信息社会,信息的高速增长导致的信息泛滥和有效信息缺失,给用户带来了信息筛选与使用的无力感,衍生出无处不在的信息焦虑,包括信息完整性焦虑、社会真相焦虑、媒介使用焦虑。风险感知的加剧、知识付费的驱动、技术更迭的规训是信息焦虑产生的多维动因,社会内卷加剧、个体理性消散等风险也随之而来。社会营造宽松氛围,传媒拓宽传播渠道,公众提升自身智识,将有助于公众走出信息焦虑的困局,实现自身成长与社会进步的同频共振。

In the information society,the rapid growth of information is accompanied by the overflow of in⁃formation and lack of effective information,which brings a sense of powerlessness in information selection and use to individuals,resulting in ubiquitous information anxiety,including information integrity anxiety,social truth anxiety,and media use anxiety.There are multidimensional reasons for information anxiety such as in⁃creased risk perception,the drive of knowledge payment,and the discipline of technological change.Informa⁃tion anxiety will lead to the risk of intensifying social involution increasing group anxiety,and dissipating indi⁃vidual rationality.The breaking through of information anxiety lies in government’s creating a relaxed atmo⁃sphere,media’s expanding communication channels,the public’s improving their own intelligence,and achieving resonance between their own growth and social progress.
