摘要
汽车前照灯是汽车的眼睛,是安全驾驶的重要一环,合适的调光系统是最主要的主动式安全装置,是汽车的重要安全部件。本文基于汽车前照灯调光的功能和要求,对某车型前照灯调光失效的故障模式进行原因分析,并对组装过程的几种作业要素进行明确。进一步从汽车前照灯组装工艺及调光设备参数的调整等方面进行优化,形成一套相对完善的前照灯调光失效过程分析经验参考。本文将采用DMAIC工具分析,通过定义问题、测量方法、分析原因、改进措施和控制阶段共5步骤,优化灯具自身的光型精度和调光设备的参数,提高调光的一次通过率。
Automobile headlamps are the eyes of the car, is an important part of safe driving, the appropriate dimming system is the most important active safety device, is an important safety part of the car.Based on the dimming function and requirements of automobile headlights, this paper analyzes the failure mode of dimming failure of a certain vehicle headlight, and clarifies several operational elements in the assembly process.Further optimization is carried out from the aspects of the assembly process of automotive headlights and the adjustment of dimming equipment parameters to form a relatively perfect experiential reference for the dimming failure process analysis of headlights.This paper will use DMAIC tool analysis, through the definition of the problem, measurement method, analysis of reasons, improvement measures, control stage of a total of five steps, optimize the lamp's own light type accuracy and dimming equipment parameters, improve the dimming pass rate.
