混合式教学视阈下教师满意度的层次分析研究--以辽宁省S大学为例

摘要 后疫情时代,线上结合线下的混合式教学模式在高校教学中得到了广泛应用。目前,已存在较多的混合式教学研究,多数研究侧重以学生为出发点,而对教师的研究相对缺乏。本文以教师为出发点,利用文献研究和德尔菲专家调查法建立指标,通过层次分析法确立各指标权重。研究结果显示,混合式教学的教学效果对教师满意度影响最大,教师最希望学生的专业知识能够提高。基于结果,本文提出了对混合式教学的建议,希望研究者能够从中获益。 In the post-pandemic era,the hybrid teaching mode,combining online and offline elements,has been widely adopted in higher education.While there is a considerable body of research on blended learning,most studies have primarily focused on students,with relatively limited research on teachers.This paper takes a teacher-centered approach and employs literature study and the Delphi expert investigation method to establish indicators.We then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weights of these indicators.The research results indicate that the effectiveness of hybrid teaching has the greatest impact on teacher satisfaction,and teachers highly value improvements in students'professional knowledge.Based on the findings,this paper provides recommendations for blended learning,with the hope that researchers can benefit from them.
