摘要
本文分析了产业园区的发展现状及存在问题,在明确“双碳”目标下产业园区规划设计的重要内容的基础上,选取某新能源汽车产业园区为对象,从能源梯级利用、可再生能源利用、柔性能源系统和综合智慧能源管理平台四个方面进行规划设计,低成本、高效益地推进“产业—建筑—交通”协同减碳,促进园区多源协同、多能互补的能源系统实现友好互动和调配,以期为其他产业园区的规划设计提供参考。
This paper summarizes the situations and gaps for the current development of industrial parks.Based on the important plan and design of industrial parks under the"cabon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals,this paper takes a new energy vehicle industrial park as an example,and works on the planning and design from aspects of energy cascade utilization,renewable energy utilization,flexible energy system and platform for comprehensive smart energy management.By this way,this paper promotes the carbon reduction under the interaction among industry,architecture and transportation,for the sack of the friendly interaction and allocation of energy systems with multi-source collaboration and complementary energy in the industrial parks at low cost and high efficiency.This paper will provide references for the other planning and design of industrial parks.
