新能源导向下建筑设计过程方法探讨——以广州市树根互联全国总部及三一集团华南总部为例

摘要 本文基于“双碳”背景,以广州市树根互联全国总部及三一集团华南总部为例,探讨建筑师如何在全过程设计中贯彻“可持续发展”的工程设计理念。首先,分析、探讨了项目概念设计方案的基本特征;其次,分析初步设计及施工图设计阶段中,各专业协同合作满足能耗目标的方法、策略;最后,反思建筑创作过程,并提出一种以新能源发展为导向的绿色建筑协同设计方法,以期为新能源导向下的建筑设计提供一定的参考。 Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper takes the national Rootcloud Technology Headquarters and Sany South China Headquarters in Guangzhou as examples,and focuses on how architects implement the engineering design concept of"sustainable development"in the whole process of design.This paper firstly analyzes and discusses the basic characteristics of the conceptual design scheme of the project.Secondly,it analyzes the methods and strategies of multi-major cooperation to meet energy consumption targets in the preliminary design and construction drawing design stage.Finally,reflecting on the architectural creation process,a new energy-oriented collaborative design mode of green building is proposed,in order to provide a certain reference for the architectural design under the guidance of new energy.
