Test conditions of dye migration property of nylon fabric

以3种锦纶面料为例,参考GB/T 32008—2015《纺织品色牢度试验耐贮存色牢度》测试方法,通过改变染料迁移性能测试的3个主要影响因素:温度、相对湿度和时间,设计了正交试验,对比分析了在不同试验条件下锦纶面料的染料迁移性能,有助于企业或检测机构选择合适的测试条件进行试验。

Three kinds of nylon fabrics were taken as examples,referring to GB/T 32008—2015Textiles-Tests for colour fastness-Colour fastness to dye transfer in storage,orthogonal tests were conducted by changing three main factors of the temperature,relative humidity and time,and the dye migration performance under different test conditions were compared and analyzed.It will be helpful for manufacturers or testing institutions to choose the appropriate test conditions for testing.
