ICP-OES法测定一次性蒸汽眼罩铁含量

Determination of Fe content of steam eye mask by ICP-OES

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定一次性蒸汽眼罩铁含量,选择259.940 nm作为Fe检测波长,为防止样品基质的干扰,239.562 nm和238.204 nm作为备选波长。随机对市售共计20批次一次性蒸汽眼罩进行检测。通过验证,该方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数R~2>0.999,检出限为0.55~0.62 mg/kg,回收率为93.6%~97.0%,相对标准偏差为2.43%~3.41%(n=6)。 The content of iron of disposable steam eye mask was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The wavelength of 259.940 nm was chosen.In order to eliminate matrix interference,the selected wavelengths were 239.562 nm and 238.204 nm as alternatives.A total of 20 batches of disposable steam eye masks were randomly tested.Through verification,the method had a good linear relationship.The linear correlation coefficient was more than0.999.The detection limit was 0.55-0.62 mg/kg.The recovery was 93.6%-97.0%.The relative standard deviation was 2.43%-3.41%(n=6).
