PLA/棉混纺针织物的色牢度提升方法

摘要 对比了在不同用量、不同应用工序等条件下,使用色牢度提升剂对原液染色的PLA/棉混纺织物耐水洗色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度的提升。结果表明:清洗剂OS和RCL,对提升PLA/棉混纺织物色牢度均有效果,2 g/L的RCL,是较为合适的选择;色牢度提升剂FFG和8036,通过缸内添加和定型机添加,对PLA/棉混纺织物耐水洗、耐皂洗色牢度均有较大改善,8036在用量30 g/L、pH5~6、带液率65%~70%,定型机添加时,色牢度提升效果优异。 The improvement of water washing and soap washing fastness of PLA/cotton blended fabrics dyed by using color fastness enhancers under the conditions of different amounts and application processes was compared.The results showed that both cleaning agents OS and RCL had an effect on improving the color fastness of PLA/cotton blended fabrics,and a RCL of 2 g/L was a more suitable choice.The color fastness enhancers FFG and 8036 significantly improved the color fastness to water washing and soap washing of PLA/cotton blended fabrics through in-cylinder addition and setting machine addition.8036 had an excellent color fastness improvement effect when added to the setting machine at a dosage of 30 g/L,pH 5-6,and a liquid carrying rate of 65%-70%.
