Manufacture,performance and application of micro/nanofibrous nonwovens for personal protection

摘要 为拓宽个人防护用品的原材料来源,对微纳米纤维非织造布的研究进展及其在个人防护用品中的应用进行了综述。介绍了熔喷非织造布、纳米纤维非织造布和闪蒸非织造布的生产和性能,讨论了3种核心过滤材料在个人防护用品中的应用以及目前存在的问题,提出了微纳米纤维非织造布的未来研究方向。 In order to broaden the source of raw materials for personal protective equipment(PPE),the research progress of micro/nanofibrous nonwovens and its application in PPE field were reviewed.The production and performance of melt-blown nonwovens,nanofiber nonwovens and flash nonwovens were introduced,the application of these three core filter materials in PPE field and the problems were discussed.Future development directions of micro/nanofibrous nonwovens were proposed.
