Textile Laboratory Capability Verification Process and Data Analysis

能力验证能够了解纺织品检测实验室的总体水平,为参加能力验证的实验室确定信心。通过对桑蚕丝捻线丝捻度和冲击摆锤法撕破强力进行能力验证,对能力验证过程中不同人员、设备操作时出现的数据进行分析研究。结果表明,在能力验证实验过程中,建议选用熟悉的仪器操作,当有多种方法可供选择时,选择接近中位的参数,谨慎处理实验中的偏离数据等,为检验检测的准确性和可控性提供参考。

Capability verification is able to understand the overall level of textile testing laboratories and determine confidence for laboratories participating.Through the Capability testing of mulberry silk twisting thread twist and impact pendulum method tearing strength,the data of different personnel and equipment in the process of capability verification were analyzed and studied.The results show that in the process of capability verification experiments.It is recommended to choose familiar instrument operation,when there are multiple methods to choose parameters close to the median,and carefully deal with deviation data in the experiment,to provide a reference for the accuracy and controllability of the inspection and testing.
