摘要
以塔提让村中小河流治理工程为依托,在概述工程建设的必要性及河道水文、洪水条件的基础上,对河道洪水进行分析计算,并对河道过流能力和河道行洪能力等进行计算探讨。结果表明,该河道防洪综合治理工程实施后,能显著改善河道行洪能力,并使河道原不足50年一遇的防洪标准提高至100年一遇,对河道上下游城市防洪起到关键性作用。
Based on the middle and small rivers regulation project in Tatirang village,this study analyzes and calculates the river's floodwater based on the necessity of the project construction and the hydrological and flood conditions of the river.It also explores the river's flow capacity and flood control capability.The results show that after the implementation of the comprehensive flood control project,the river's flood control capacity is significantly improved.The original flood control standard,which was less than a 50-year return period,is raised to a 100-year return period.This plays a crucial role in flood prevention for cities upstream and downstream of the river.
