某农田防护工程土方与衬砌施工技术

Construction Technology of Earthwork and Lining in the Construction of a Farmland Protection Project

河道整治工程是农田防护工程建设的重要基础设施,土方与衬砌施工技术为农田防护工程施工提供经济技术保障。为此,结合孟州市蟒河农田防护工程施工中土方与衬砌施工技术实践展开分析研究。结果表明,认识农田防护工程概况,从土方开挖技术特点,土方翻晒、边坡稳定及渗水排除处理,渣料利用及弃渣处理措施等三方面确定开挖土方施工;同时围绕土方填筑清基、验收及回填等三方面分析土方填筑技术,完成河道整治主要施工内容土方施工技术。随后针对河道混凝土护坡、泥结碎石路面及浆砌石护岸等分析工程衬砌施工技术;最后从施工测量技术要求和方法两方面阐述土方与衬砌施工测量措施。这一施工技术实践可为类似农田防护工程建设提供借鉴参考。

River regulation project is an important infrastructure for the construction of farmland protection engineering,and the earthwork and lining construction technology provides economic and technical support for the construction of farmland protection engineering.Therefore,the analysis and research are based on the technical practice of earthwork and lining construction in Mang River farmland protection project in Mengzhou City.The results indicate that understanding the general situation of farmland protection engineering can determine excavation earthwork construction from three aspects:the characteristics of earthwork excavation technology,earthwork sunning,slope stability and water seepage removal treatment,slag utilization and waste disposal measures.At the same time,analyze the earthwork filling technology from three aspects:earthwork filling,foundation cleaning,acceptance,and backfilling,and complete the main construction content of river regulation,earthwork construction technology.Then analyze the construction techniques of lining works for river concrete slope protection,mud gravel pavement and mortar bank revetment.Finally,explain the measurement measures of earthwork and lining construction from the technical requirements and methods of construction survey.This construction technology practice can provide reference for similar farmland protection engineering construction.
