文章以郑州市牛口峪引黄工程为例,分析了长距离JPCCP顶管施工控制要点,其中施工准备阶段控制要点包括:组织管线线路复勘、专项方案审查、检查施工设备和管材质量。施工过程质量控制要点包括:后背控制、初顶控制、JPCCP管道安装、顶进纠偏、地面变形控制、中继间设备及安装质量、触变泥浆控制。检查及验收阶段质量控制要点包括:打压检测和施工质量检查。

Taking Zhengzhou Niukouyu Yellow River Diversion Project as an example,this paper analyzes the key control points of long-distance JPCCP pipe jacking construction.The control points in the construction preparation stage include organizing pipeline route re-exploration,special plan review,checking construction equipment and pipe quality.Key points of quality control during the construction process include construction of the back control,initial top control,JPCCP pipeline installation,jacking corection,construction of the ground deformation,equipment and installation quality of the relay room,thixotropic mud construction.The key points of quality control in the inspection and acceptance stage include pressure testing and construction quality inspection.
