摘要
马踏石闸自建设运行以来,由于多种因素的影响一直没有建设完善,也没有完全具备预期的运用功能,经多年运行水闸破损严重,经安全鉴定后评价为四类闸,其中各部位地基力学性质已不符合运行需求,为充分发挥该闸的整体效益和该工程在防洪、排洪、蓄水灌溉的综合效益,考虑该闸所处位置的重要性,应及时进行地基处理。结合马踏石闸除险加固场地地质条件与地基土主要物理力学参数指标,采用水泥搅拌桩地基处理技术,从而保证马踏石闸除险加固工程水闸地基符合规范要求。
Since the construction and operation of Matashi sluice,due to the influence of various factors,it has not been completed and has not fully met the expected operation function.After years of operation,the sluice has been seriously damaged and evaluated as Class IV sluice after safety appraisal.The mechanical properties of the foundation of each part have not met the operation requirements.In order to give full play to the overall benefits of the sluice and the comprehensive benefits of the project in flood control,flood drainage,water storage and irrigation,considering the importance of the gate location,the foundation treatment shall be carried out in time.In combination with the geological conditions of the site of the Martashi Gate danger removal and reinforcement project and the main physical and mechanical parameters of the foundation soil,the cement mixing pile foundation treatment technology is selected for the foundation treatment,so as to ensure that the foundation of the water gate of the Martashi Gate danger removal and reinforcement project meets the requirements of relevant specifications.
