某水库挖潜改造及优化调度方案

摘要 该水库位于某镇境内的上游,是一座以灌溉为主兼有防洪效益的小型水库,这座始建于20世纪50年代末的水库已无法满足该镇防洪兴利需求,为了有效减免流域的洪涝灾害,改善该流域的生态环境,需要对水库进行挖潜改造并制定优化调度方案,研究决定将该水库的翻板闸更换为12 m×4 m的平板闸,堰顶高程定为50.89 m,正常蓄水位提升至54.65 m,汛期水库最高水位不超过54.65 m,根据以上改造同时制定了相应的水库运行调度方案。汛期根据设计洪水的频率进行预泄,使得水库水位下降至可以滞蓄该次洪水的全部洪量。经过挖潜改造后,该水库的兴利库容和防洪库容都大大增加,社会和经济效益都得到了提高。 The reservoir is located in the upstream of a town.It is a small reservoir mainly for irrigation and flood control benefits.The reservoir,built in the late 1950s,has been unable to meet the town's flood control needs.In order to effectively reduce the flood disaster in the basin and improve the ecological environment of the basin,it is necessary to explore the potential of the reservoir and formulate an optimal operation plan.It is decided that the inverted gate of the reservoir will be replaced by a 12mx4m flat gate,the weir crest elevation will be set at 50.89m,the normal water level will be raised to 54.65m,and the maximum water level of the reservoir in flood season will not exceed 54.65m.According to the above transformation,the corresponding operation and dispatching plan of the reservoir is formulated:In flood season,pre-discharge is carried out according to the frequency of designed flood,so that the water level of the reservoir can be reduced to the full volume of the flood.After the reconstruction,the effective storage capacity and flood control storage capacity of the reservoir has been greatly increased,and the social and economic benefits have been improved.
