摘要
河道通过清障、疏浚、堤岸防护、拦蓄建筑物和生态湿地等工程措施,并结合“河长制”加强河道管理等非工程措施,实现治理整体化、景观化及护岸生态化建设目标,其中生态护岸的设计尤为至关重要。为此,结合潦河平原区河道生态护岸设计实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,全面了解工程概况,就垂直型、斜坡型及复合式护岸三种护岸断面型式特点进行方案比选,结果使用斜坡型护岸较为适宜;同时围绕植物护坡、柔性材料覆盖护坡、土工袋类、石笼护坡和生态砌块护坡展开岸坡类型比选,最终以雷诺护垫护砌为主;对护岸设计方案比选推荐的优化生态护岸,展开以冲刷深度和护岸稳定计算为重点的护岸工程结构设计计算;最后对此次潦河左右岸防护长度共计4.98 km的雷诺护垫护坡完成护岸构造技术设计。可为类似河道生态综合治理工程有关生态护岸设计提供借鉴参考。
The goal of integrated governance landscape and ecological bank protection construction are achieved,among which the design of ecological bank protection is particularly important.The goal is achieved by engineering measures,such as barrier removal,dredging,embankment protection,retaining buildings and ecological wetlands.In addition,non-engineering measures such as the River Chief System are combined to strengthen river management.Therefore,the practice cases of river ecological bank protection design in Liaohe plain are combined to carry out analysis and research.The results show the following four points.Firstly,the slope revetment is more suitable after scheme comparison of vertical,slope and composite revetment through the comprehensively understanding of the project,Secondly,Renault cushion protection is chosen at last by comparing plant slope protection,flexible material cover slope protection,geobags,stone cage slope protection and ecological block slope protection.Thirdly,the optimal ecological revetment is selected by comparing the recommended revetment design scheme.The structural design calculation of revetment engineering is carried out,which focuses on the calculation of erosion depth and revetment stability Finally,the technical design of bank revetment structure is completed for the total length of the left and right banks of 4.98 km.It can provide reference for ecological revetment design of similar river ecological control projects.
