双向代际经济支持对老年慢病人群就医行为的影响分析

Influence of two-way intergenerational economic support on the elderly’s behavior of seeking medical care for chronic diseases

目的 分析双向代际经济支持对老年慢病人群就医行为的影响。方法 以Anderson卫生服务利用模型为理论基础,基于CHARLS 2018数据库,筛选出60岁以上慢性病群体4 377人。采用二元logit回归分析代际经济支持对就医行为的影响。结果 41%的老年慢病人群发生就医行为;二元logit回归结果显示,子代经济支持对就医行为有显著的正向影响关系(P<0.05),亲代经济支持对就医行为没有显著影响(P>0.05)。结论 应提高慢性病患者就医意识,发挥子代经济支持的促进作用,同时政府完善老年慢性病患者的保障措施。

Objective To analyze the impact of two-way intergenerational economic support on the elderly's behavior of seeking medical care for chronic diseases.Methods Based on Anderson's health service utilization model and China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS) 2018 database,4377 chronic disease patients over 60 years old were selected.Binary logit regression model was used to analyze the impact of intergenerational economic support on medical care behavior.Results 41% of the elderly with chronic diseases had medical seeking behavior.The results of binary logit regression analysis showed that the financial support of the offspring had a significant positive impact on the medical behavior(P0.05),while the parental financial support had no significant impact on the medical behavior(P0.05).Conclusions It is necessary to improve the awareness of patients with chronic diseases,give play to the role of economic support of the offspring,and improve the supporting measures of the government for elderly patients with chronic diseases.
