摘要
水密电缆是实现水密电缆组件电力配电、信号传输的重要部件。详细阐述了全海深多芯薄壁绝缘水密电缆的研制过程。通过绝缘和护套材料的专门设计、挤出设备的特殊设计、薄壁双色绝缘工艺的改进,该全海深薄壁双色绝缘水密电缆实现了双色绝缘区分识别明显,绝缘厚度0.4 mm,电缆外径12.5 mm,工作电压300 V,使用海深7 000~11 000 m。该电缆的自主成功研制有助于提高我国深海水密电缆组件的稳定性和可靠性,从而逐步实现国产替代。
The watertight cable is an important component to realize power distribution and signal transmission of watertight cable assembly.The development process of multi-core thin-wall insulated watertight cable at full-ocean depth is described in detail.Through the special design of insulation and sheath materials,the special design of extrusion equipment,and the improvement of thin-wall double color insulation process,the thin-wall double color insulated watertight cable at full-ocean depth has achieved obvious double color insulation identification,with insulation thickness of 0.4 mm,cable outer diameter of 12.5 mm,working voltage of 300 V,and operating sea depth of 7 000~11 000 m.The independent successful development of the cable will help to improve the stability and reliability of China's deep-sea watertight cable assemblies,so as to gradually realize domestic substitution.
