摘要
为了确保固定式光纤水听器阵列的可靠运行,必须对其可靠性和寿命进行评估,而加速寿命试验方法可在相对较短的时间内获得该阵列寿命指标的评估结果。通过对固定式光纤水听器在工作条件下的主要环境应力分析,确定其敏感应力和主要失效模式。对此,提出采用高温加速寿命试验和耐静水压试验对固定式光纤水听器的寿命指标进行验证。经应用实例验证,该加速寿命试验方法可对固定式光纤水听器寿命做出准确评估,为相关研究展开提供参考。
In order to ensure the reliable operation of the fixed fiber optic hydrophone array,its reliability and life must be evaluated,and the accelerated life test method can obtain the evaluation results of the array life index in a relatively short time.By analyzing the main environmental stress of the fixed fiber optic hydrophone under working conditions,the sensitive stress and the main failure mode are determined.Therefore,the high temperature accelerated life test and hydrostatic resistance test are proposed to verify the life index of the fixed optical fiber hydrophone.The application example shows that the accelerated life test method can accurately evaluate the life of fixed fiber optic hydrophone and provide a reference for related research.
