心血管MR在肺动脉高压中的应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of cardiovascular MR in pulmonary hypertension

摘要 肺动脉高压(PH)相关研究在近年来取得显著进展, 最新发布的《2022 ESC/ERS肺动脉高压诊断与治疗指南》内容较2015年进行了部分更新。在此期间, 心血管MR(CMR)逐渐从辅助检查转变为PH的主要成像技术, 并被推荐纳入常规临床实践。T_(1) mapping、4D flow及心肌应变等新技术的发展为PH的诊断、治疗及预后评估提供了新的循证医学证据。通过展示研究成果及对比新旧指南, 本文总结了近几年CMR在PH疾病管理中的进展, 为相关领域的基础与临床医师提供最新的专业知识与新视角。
